General terms and conditions

1. General information

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relations between "Project K" EOOD, trading under the BrodiPrint brand (hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant") and the users of the online store brodiprint.bg.

2. Subject of activity

BrodiPrint offers workwear (mainly Malfini brand) with individualization through embroidery and DTF printing to customer order.

3. Orders

For orders with branding (embroidery or DTF printing) we recommend at least 5 (five) pieces of each individual product (model, color and size), due to minimum quantities for delivery from the manufacturer and logistics costs. We also accept smaller, individual orders.

Prices on the site are in euros (€), with an approximate parallel exchange rate in leva (lv) at the fixed rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.

4. Payment methods

The following payment methods are accepted: bank transfer and cash on delivery. If additional methods are available (card payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay), they will be explicitly stated on the payment page.

5. Delivery

The goods are delivered from the manufacturer (Malfini, Czech Republic) to a warehouse in Bulgaria, after which they are forwarded to the customer. Standard delivery time: 5–10 working days from order confirmation. For personalized products (with embroidery/printing) the time may be extended depending on the volume of the order.

6. Right to withdraw from the contract

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Exception: According to Art. 57, item 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order by the consumer or according to his individual requirements (products with individual embroidery, printing or other personalization). Such products are not subject to return, except in case of proven manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the order.

Non-personalized products (without embroidery/printing) are subject to return within 14 days, provided that the original packaging and commercial appearance are preserved.

7. Complaints

If a defect or discrepancy is found in the received goods with the order, the customer may submit a complaint to the specified contact email within 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with current legislation.
