This policy describes the conditions for returns, exchanges and refunds for orders from brodiprint.bg.

Right of withdrawal (14-day period)

According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Exception for customized products

According to Art. 57, item 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply for goods made to order by the customer - including all products with embroidery, DTF printing or other personalization of your choice. These products are not subject to return, except in the case of proven manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the order.

Non-personalized products

Goods without decoration are subject to return within 14 days of receipt, under the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original condition, with all labels and packaging.
  • The product has not been worn, washed or damaged.
  • Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless the reason for the return is an error on our part.

Defective or wrong products

If you receive a defective item or a discrepancy with what was ordered (wrong model, size, color or decoration), please contact us at office@brodiprint.bg within 2 years from the date of delivery, according to the current legislation on commercial warranty. We will replace the product or refund the amount paid.

How to request a return or exchange

Contact us at office@brodiprint.bg, indicating the order number and the reason for return/exchange. You will receive instructions on the next steps.

Refunds

If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the order, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
