This Privacy Policy describes how "Project K" EOOD (trading under the BrodiPrint brand) processes your personal data when you visit and shop at brodiprint.bg.

Depending on how you use the site, we process the following categories of data:

Ordering details: name, surname, delivery and billing address, telephone number, email address.
Payment details: processed directly by our payment partners (myPOS, bank) — BrodiPrint does not store bank card data on its servers.
Contact form details: name, email, phone and the content of the message you send us.
Account registration details: If you create an account on the site, we store the profile data you enter and your order history.
Technical data and cookies: IP address, browser type, site behavior — collected via cookies under our consent system (CookieYes). You see the cookie banner on your first visit and can change your preferences at any time.

3. For what purposes do we use the data?

Order processing and fulfillment (embroidery production/DTF printing, delivery)
Communication with you regarding your order, inquiries and complaints
Accounting and tax obligations under Bulgarian law
Improving the site and user experience (traffic analysis)
Marketing communications — only if you have given explicit consent

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract (your order), legal obligation (accounting), legitimate interest (site security, fraud prevention) and your consent (cookies, marketing).

5. Who do we share your data with?

We share personal data only with trusted partners necessary to fulfill the order:

Payment providers (myPOS) — for processing card payments.
Courier companies — for delivery of the ordered products.
Hosting provider (WordPress.com / Automattic) — for storing the site and its data.
Email and analytics providers — for communication and visit statistics.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Shelf life

We store order data for 10 years in accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian accounting and tax legislation. Contact form data is stored for up to 2 years from the last contact, unless you request its earlier deletion.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

Access to your personal data
Correcting inaccurate data
Deletion of data ("right to be forgotten"), as long as it does not conflict with a legal obligation to store it
